Tour of 2018

The 2018 Tour saw for the first time a trip not involving the Channel Tunnel.
This year it was based at Sprowston Manor in Norfolk and included games at Thetford, Royal Cromer and Sprowston Manor.

It was a great Sclub carrot crunching tour to Norfolk this year. The script was already written before the tour started however andtheHobbits predictably crushed the Orcs by a resounding 48.5 to 32.5. I’m sure our illustrious leader and head of the Hobbits Howard Smith was looking down to will us on. The Orcs did however have some glory withHamish Green winning the tourby a couple of shots from the captain of the Hobbits.

I’m sure all the Sclubbers will agree with me to thank all those involved for the time and effort they put in to organise such a great event including Ash, James, Tony, Norm, Jack, John and Dave Kelly and not to forget Roger along with James who manages to extract so much cash from us all over the weekend for the worthy charity donations!
