Thirteen sclubbers on Sunday which both made my job of updating the dreaded spreadsheet much easier and sadly for the winner not the most profitable of days.

Congratulations to John Corrigan who won with 38 points, receiving a cut of 1.6 and the princely sum of £19.50.

There were 2 blobless rounds, one from John and the other from the runner-up Steve Biggin.

Dave Pearton had the only 2 on the 15^th which was a lovely 30 yard chip in, not as good as Aarons Rai’s majestic put to effectively win the PGA but it would have got a replay or two on Sky Golf.

Thank you to the four card keepers (well 3 plus me) for managing to get everything right. Slightly deflating not to have someone to nag but you can’t win them all.

There is no sweep next week as it’s the Joyes Trophy and you will be back in Dave's hands the week after.
